PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space environment presentation device for extracting a feeling parameter expressing feeling from reproduced music and presenting a space by many ways based on the feeling parameter. SOLUTION: A spectrum analysis part 1 analyzes the distribution of sound pressure values for every frequency band based on sound data which is read from an MP3 data storage part 4, and a sensibility data calculation part 12 calculates sensibility data composed of a type of feeling and feeling levels for every type of feeling based on an analysis result. A sensibility data output part 3 outputs calculated sensibility data to a device being an object of control 7. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game controller for controlling the development of a game on the basis of a feeling acquired by a person by hearing music, and to provide a game control method and its program. SOLUTION: First, musical data are analyzed so as to calculate sensitivity data which indicate the image of a feeling change which music gives to the person. Second, game scene information is prepared from a prescribed game development matrix consisting of a plurality of game configuration parameters on the basis of the sensitivity data. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image producing apparatus in which a number of ways of motions of a character are displayed as images by producing the motion of the character in accordance with reproduced music. SOLUTION: Digital sound data recorded in an MP3 data storage part 4 are extended by an extension part 11 and outputted as sound pressure value data for each frequency band. A rhythm analytic part 14 of a sensitivity data calculating part 12 finds the number of beats per unit time based upon the sound pressure value data. An emotion analytic part 13 finds several kinds of emotion parameter values based upon the sound pressure value data, judges an emotion type and an emotion level based upon the emotion parameter value and the number of beats per unit time and writes the result in a sensitivity data storage part 2. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for sensitivity data calculation which automatically calculate data regarding feelings resulting from sensitivity or the sensitivity by analyzing a signal regarding the feelings of a human such as an audio signal. SOLUTION: An MP3 data storage part 4 stores digital sound data recorded in the MP3 format. An expansion part 11 expands the compressed MP3 data (A) and outputs them as sound pressure value data (B) by frequency bands. A sensitivity data calculation part 12 is equipped with a feeling analysis part 13 and a rhythm analysis part 14. The rhythm analysis part 14 finds the number of beats per unit time according to the data (B). The feeling analysis part 13 finds several kinds of feeling parameter values according to the data (B), determines the kind and level of feelings according to the feeling parameter values and the number of beats per unit time, and writes the result to a sensitivity data storage part 2.
