Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a make-up remowing agent for eliminating the make-up of a make-up composition having excellent durability of make-up and/or transfer-free properties, by using a specific two-phase composition. SOLUTION: This make-up removing agent comprises a composition composed of different phases of a water phase and an oil phase. A foundation, rouge worn on the cheeks, eye shadow, lipstick, etc., are especially preferable as a make-up composition. Sterilized desalted water, rose water, cornflower water, natural warm water, mineral water, etc., are preferable as the water phase for the make-up removing agent. A liquid vaseline, jojoba oil, silicone oil, alkyl palmitate, etc., are preferable as the oil phase. Preferably, two-phase composition is further mixed with a surfactant (preferably nonionic surfactant). The ratio of the water phase and the oil phase is preferably in the ratio of 30/70-60/40. The composition may be mixed with a dephasing agent such as an alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride of formula I (R is alkyl). The composition further may contain a dialkyl phthalate of formula II in the oil phase.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition comprising water phase and separated oil phase, for cosmetics and dermatology keeping desirable appearance and enhancing stability by including ammonium bromide. SOLUTION: At least one kind of ammonium bomides, preferably alkyltrimethylammonium bromide of 0.005 to 0.5% based on the total weight of the composition is added to the composition including water phase and separated oil phase. Dodecyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide, myristyltrimethylammonium bromide or the like are preferably used as the prescribed alkyltrimethylammonium bromide. Addition of 0 to 0.5% of N-(3- chloroallyl)hexaminiumchloride based on the total weight of the composition, enhances the tolerance and shelf life.

Further, it is preferable that the component (A) presents by 0.01-0.5 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition, the component (C) contains 5-50 wt.% an oil such as silicone oil, especially isohexadecane, isododecane or a mixture of isohexadecane with isododecane based on the total weight of the composition, and further, (D) 0.01-10 wt.% surfactant presents based on the total weight of the composition, and the weight ratio of the components (B) to (C) is made as (30/70)-(60/40).
