Abstract: Embodiments are directed to receiving, by a cloud server, data that is configured to control at least dispatching operations associated with a conveyance device, and distributing, by the cloud server, the data to a controller associated with the conveyance device. Embodiments are directed to an apparatus comprising: at least one processor, and memory having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to: receive data that is configured to control at least dispatching operations associated with a conveyance device, and distribute the data to a controller associated with the conveyance device.
