Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter material which can provide an extract of a favorable pigment and scent by a brief extraction without a leak of fine tea leaves. SOLUTION: A filter material is used for producing a filter bag and a conical filter especially for filtration/extraction (infusion) drinks. It has one or more fiber layers. At least one above-mentioned fiber layer includes a strand or a microcapsule which has a phase change material. Paraffinic carbon hydrogen may be used as the phase change material.
