According to a compressor of the present invention, the compressor further comprises an oil separating mechanism 40 which separates oil from the refrigerant gas discharged from the compressing mechanism 10, the oil separating mechanism 40 includes a cylindrical space 41 in which the refrigerant gas orbits, an inflow portion 42 for flowing the refrigerant gas discharged from the compressing mechanism 10 into the cylindrical space 41, a sending-out port 43 for sending out, from the cylindrical space 41 to the one container space 32, the refrigerant gas from which the oil is separated, and an exhaust port 44 for discharging the separated oil from the cylindrical space 41 into the other container space 32. According to this configuration, efficiency of the electric motor 20 is enhanced, volumetric efficiency is enhanced, and low oil circulation is realized.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an input/output circuit for performing high speed transfer of digital signals in a small area, while ensuring EMI resistance.SOLUTION: An output buffer 21 comprises transistors TP1 and TN1 connected between a power line and a ground line, and a resistor R1 connected between a node n1 and an input/output terminal 23. An output buffer 22 comprises transistors TP2 and TN2 connected between the power line and the ground line, and a resistor R2 connected between a node n2 and the input/output terminal 23. In a signal input mode, the output buffers 21 and 22 constitute one termination circuit, which, for example, turns on the transistors TP1 and TN2, and turns off the transistors TN1 and TP2, resulting in forming a current path flowing through the resistors R1 and R2.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact structure by which impact energy at the time of contact closing is reduced and a contact surface shape is hardly denatured by solving the problem that the contact surfaces are fastened each other to reduce opening and closing responsiveness of the contact because the contact surface becomes a mirror state when a contact is formed by means such as vapor deposition, and provide a micro relay using the contact structure.SOLUTION: A contact structure 8 of a micro relay includes a fixed contact 1 and a moving contact 2, at least one of the contacts is connected to the surface of a substrate through an elastic material 5. In addition, in at least one of the substrates, a part in which the contact is formed is thinner than another part.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact structure capable of stably performing opening/closing operation by reducing the fixation between contact surfaces, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the contact structure and a micro relay using the contact structure.SOLUTION: A contact structure 8 of a micro relay includes a fixed contact 1 and a movable contact 2. With the use of a plurality of convex parts 3b, which are formed by using a silicon or glass substrate, as a foundation, at least one of the contacts provides convex contact parts 4 by forming a film in such a manner as to cover the convex parts 3b with a contact material. The plurality of convex contact parts 4 are formed at positions to be threefold symmetric with respect to an axis passing through a center X on a contact surface 7 in plan view.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory interface circuit which effectively eliminates a glitch generated in a data strobe signal and allows correct data transfer.SOLUTION: A memory interface circuit is provided with: a first mask circuit 103 for masking a data strobe signal DQS so as to be used for a data latch, by using a signal made by delaying a mask control signal REN synchronized with a system clock signal CLK by a delay adjustment value α; a second mask circuit 104 for masking a data strobe signal DQS by using a signal made by delaying a mask control signal REN by the delay adjustment value α with a predetermined margin t; and a comparison circuit 1112 which compares a count value of the number of edges in output of the first mask circuit 103 and a count value of the number of edges in output of the second mask circuit 104, changes the delay adjustment value α while confirming that the both count values match each other, and if the count values do not match, restores the delay adjustment value α.

At least one of the contacts has an elastic material 3a on the surface of a silicon or glass substrate. With a plurality of convex parts 3b made of the elastic material 3a used as a foundation, convex contact parts 4 are provided by forming a film in such a manner as to cover the convex parts 3b with a contact material. The plurality of convex contact parts 4 are formed at positions to be threefold symmetric with respect to an axis passing through a center X on a contact surface 7 in plan view.
