The present invention provides a communication jack for connecting to one of a first plug and a second plug. The jack includes a housing, plug interface contacts, and coupling circuitry. The plug interface contacts are at least partially within said housing and include a plurality of contact pairs having at least a first contact pair and a second contact pair. The coupling circuitry is configured for engaging said first contact pair and said second contact pair when said first plug is inserted into said housing. The coupling circuitry is configured for disengaging from said first contact pair and said second contact pair when said second plug is inserted into said housing.

The cleat assembly has an upper shell, a lower shell rotatably coupled to the upper shell, and a first fastener to secure the upper and lower shells. The bracket assembly has a C-shaped bracket having a first leg and a second leg extending parallel to the first leg. The first leg includes a longitudinal slot and the second leg includes a flange and a longitudinal slot extending through the second leg and the flange. A second fastener extends through the slot in the second leg and is movable between an open position in which the fastener is spaced apart from the first leg and a closed position in which the fastener is positioned within the slot in the first leg.

The present invention attempts to reduce the thermal resistance with the use of heat-transfer devices (e.g., vapor chambers) placed directly on the heat-generating components in IT equipment and the integration of a cold plate within the cabinet. In some embodiments, the present invention is a thermal management system comprising a cabinet-side thermal management system and a server-side thermal management system using moveable thermal components.
