Abstract: The invention relates to a method for displaying thumbnails on a display screen able to be positioned in a helmet, the helmet including two optical devices, intended to be positioned between the display screen and the eyes of a user.This method comprises: the display, on the display screen, of two separate thumbnails in two distinct positions, each thumbnail being associated with a respective eye of the user, and the modification of the position of at least one thumbnail on the display screen, in the case of acquiring a control signal for modifying said position.
