Abstract: Arrangement for the electrical power supply of a tire sensor that is located on the inside of the tire. The energy source or battery (8) is mounted outside the tire (1) with tire valve (5) providing an electrical connection between the energy source and the sensor (3). Optimally the energy source can be screwed onto the tire valve in a manner analogous to a valve cap. The invention also relates to a corresponding tire valve.
