Abstract: The motor has a square piezoelement (1). The motor has an arrangement for causing oscillating of the piezoelement in an oxy plane. On a surface (10) of the piezoelement perpendicular to its impact direction is a piston (2) for transmitting a force in the impact direction and a biasing element (3), opposite this surface, for applying a bias force. The piezoelement (1) is held, by a tensioning element without any bias in the direction perpendicular to the impact direction.
