Abstract: This present invention discloses an optical mouse and a parameter calibration method thereof. The optical mouse includes: a light source, an image capturing unit, a memory unit and a processing unit, and the parameter calibration method of the optical mouse includes: capturing images formed by the reflective light projected from the mouse pad when the optical mouse is placed upon the mouse pad and has a relative displacement between the mouse pad, and then producing image frames according to the images; determining if any pattern information is found in the image frames; further, setting parameters of the optical mouse when at least one of the pattern information is found in the frames, in which, the pattern information is composed of a pattern of the mouse pad.

Abstract: Head-mounted apparatus and a sensing method are provided. The head-mounted apparatus include a pair of frames, a bridge part, a pair of nose pads, a sensing device and a processing circuit. The sensing device includes a first light source and a first light sensor disposed in one of the pair of nose pads according to a first arrangement, and a second light source and a second light sensor disposed in another one of the pair of nose pads according to a second arrangement. The first arrangement is opposite to the second arrangement. The processing circuit is configured to determine whether or not the head-mounted apparatus is in a wearing state according to first through fourth sensed signals, and obtain a heart rate of a user by processing the first through fourth sensed signals.

Abstract: An electronic device including a substrate and an optoelectronic device package is provided. The optoelectronic device package includes a light source, an image sensor and a plurality of connecting pins. The light source is configured to emit light toward a direction of a bottom surface of the optoelectronic device package. The image sensor is configured to receive reflected light from the direction of the bottom surface. The connecting pins are bended toward an opposite direction of the direction of the bottom surface and electrically connected to the substrate thereby increasing a discharge path of the electrostatic discharge.
