Abstract: PURPOSE: A power controller and a remote power control apparatus are provided to realize power control more suitable for a place based on collected data by remotely monitoring of a current and power of a first power source. CONSTITUTION: A power controller(130) includes a power input line, a primary winding, a secondary winding, at least one tap and switching unit, and output line. The primary winding wraps an iron core while being connected to a power input line, and the secondary winding is common with a part of the primary winding at least. At least one tap is connected to a predetermined point of the primary winding, and at least one tap specifies the winding number of the primary winding and the secondary winding. At least the end of one switching unit is connected to at least the tap respectively. At least the other end of the switching unit is connected to a common line.
