Abstract: L'invention concerne un dispositif de broyage de déchets comprenant une caisse de broyage (1), un rotor (2) comportant une pluralité de couteaux périphériques saillants, des contre-lames stationnaires portées par la caisse de broyage, la distance minimale séparant chaque couteau de chaque contre-lame associée au cours du passage dudit couteau en regard de ladite contre-lame, étant égale à un jeu de fonctionnement dite taille de coupe. Pour chaque couteau (3, 4, 5, 6) et pour au moins un sens de rotation du rotor, au moins deux contre-lames (7 et 11, 8 et 12, 9 et 13, 10 et 14) non alignées associées audit couteau sont adaptées pour que la distance séparant l'arête d'attaque (45) du couteau et l'arête d'attaque (48, 56) d'une contre-lame au moment où l'arête d'attaque dudit couteau arrive en regard de l'arête d'attaque de ladite contre-lame, diffère d'une contre-lame (7-10) à une autre (11-14).

Abstract: The invention relates to a waste comminuting device comprising a comminuting housing (1), a rotor (2) provided with a plurality of protruding peripheral knives, stationary counterblades supported by the comminuting housing, the minimal distance between each knife of each associated counterblade during the passage of said knife opposite the said counterblade, being equal to an operating gap called cut size. For each knife (3, 4, 5, 6) and for at least a rotation direction of the rotor, at least two non-aligned counterblades (7 and 11, 8 and 12, 9 and 13, 10 and 14) associated with the knife are adapted so that the distance between the cutting edge (45) of the knife and the cutting edge (48, 56) of a counterblade at the moment when the cutting edge of the said knife is opposite to the cutting edge of the said counterblade, is different from a counterblade (7-10) to another (11-14).
