Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extensive device applicable to a digital camera, so as to provide many more functions to the digital camera thereby satisfying requirements in digitized lives and increasing the costwise effect of the digital camera altogether.
SOLUTION: The extensive device 2 is combined and in operation with a digital camera 1 including a display apparatus and a lens and includes a housing 10 having a window 22 thereon and a cradle 21 for placing the digital camera therein. The window and the lens of the digital camera in the cradle substantially face in the same direction, and the extensive device also includes an optical guide device 33 disposed inside the housing, for guiding a ray produced from the display apparatus to the window thereby allowing a user to store video information through the lens and enjoy the video information through the window.
