Abstract: Methods of making containers are provided, including providing a material sheet (200) having at least two barrier layers (204) and at least two polymer layers (202), forming the material sheet into a tube (312), sealing the tube at a seal area, and blow molding the tube to form a container in which the at least two barrier layers form a substantially continuous barrier at the seal area.
