Abstract:
According to the present invention, a measurement apparatus (100) for measuring values for color adjustments in a print technique includes a measurement instrument (10) including a means for detecting a measurement value at an arbitrary measurement point, a movement means (30) for the measurement instrument (10), a reference coordinate calculation means, a measurement coordinate calculation means, and a computation means. The reference coordinate calculation means calculates a reference coordinate value of a measurement point (35a, 35b) in a coordinate system of a reference-image. The measurement coordinate calculation means compares both origins (33a, 34a) thereby to calculate a corrected value of a coordinate system of a measurement- image relative to the coordinate system of the reference-image, and corrects the position of the measurement origin (34a) based on the corrected value thereby to correct the reference coordinate value and calculates a measurement coordinate value in the coordinate system of the measurement-image corresponding to the measurement point (35a, 35b) of the reference-image. The computation means calculates information for comparing and evaluating the measurement value acquired at the measurement point (35a, 35b) of the reference-image and the measurement value acquired at the measurement point (36a, 36b) of the measurement-image.
Abstract:
An image inspecting apparatus 10 compares first image data created as data representing a reference-image acting as an inspecting reference with second image data created as data representing an inspection-image acting as a target to automatically extract a difference point between the first image data and the second image data, and comprises a storage means for storing the reference-image and the inspection-image, an image processing means for establishing correspondences between at least a part of the stored reference-image as the first image data with at least a part of the stored target image as the second image data at a pixel level to perform an image matching processing of them, a difference detecting means for comparing the image-matched first and second image data to detect a difference between the first and second image data, an image producing means for comparing the difference with a plurality of threshold values to produce error representing image data at each threshold value, and inspecting process using the produced error representing image data at each threshold value.
Abstract:
An image inspecting device (10) automatically extracts points of difference between first image data and second image data by comparing the first image data created as data representing a reference image serving as an inspection reference and the second image data created as data representing an inspection image serving as an inspection target. The image inspecting device (10) comprises: a storage means which stores the reference image and the inspection image; an image processing means which performs an image superimposing process by making at least a portion of the stored reference image and at least a portion of the inspection image correspond at the pixel level as the first and second image data; a difference detecting means which detects differences between the two sets of image data by comparing the superimposed first and second image data; an image generating means which compares a plurality of threshold values with the differences to generate error displaying image data for each threshold value; and image inspecting means which performs an image inspecting process using the generated error displaying image data for each threshold value.
