    Abstract: A keyboard device includes a membrane circuit board, a key frame, a position-limiting frame and a key structure. The key frame is located over the membrane circuit board. The position-limiting frame is located over the key frame. The key frame includes a first frame body and a first receiving hole. The first receiving hole runs through the first frame body along a vertical direction. The position-limiting frame includes a second frame body and a second receiving hole. The second receiving hole runs through the second frame body along the vertical direction. The second receiving hole is in communication with the first receiving hole. The key structure includes a keycap and a protrusion part. The keycap is movable within the first receiving hole and the second receiving hole. A portion of the protrusion part is located under the second frame body.

    Abstract: A keyboard device includes a supporting plate, a keycap, a stopping structure and a switching module. The stopping structure is arranged between the supporting plate and the keycap, and located near an outer edge of the keycap. The switching module is located under the keycap and connected with the stopping structure. While the switching module is moved relative to the supporting plate in a second axial direction, the stopping structure is correspondingly moved. When the switching module is in a first status, the stopping structure is located near the outer edge of the keycap. When the switching module is in a second status, the stopping structure is moved to a position under the first outer edge of the keycap to stop the movement of the keycap.

    Abstract: A keyboard device includes a key structure, a switch circuit board, a supporting plate and an identification module. The key structure includes a keycap and a fingerprint sensing module. The fingerprint sensing module is installed on an inner surface of the keycap in order to acquire a fingerprint information of a finger. The identification module is located under the supporting plate and electrically connected with the fingerprint sensing module. The identification module receives the fingerprint information and determines whether an unlocking operation of unlocking a computer is performed according to the fingerprint information. Since the keycap is not equipped with a hollow region and the fingerprint sensing module is not exposed, the keyboard device has the aesthetically-pleasing appearance.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an illuminated keyboard, including a light guide backplate and a plurality of keys connected to the light guide backplate. The light guide backplate of the present application is made of a light guide material and configured to transmit and project light rays to the keys. A printed circuit layer is formed on the light guide backplate and includes a plurality of conductive switch contacts. Each key includes a key cap, a connection member, and a support member, and the support member has a conductive contact. When the key cap is pressed, the conductive contact of the support member moves downward to trigger a conductive switch contact of the printed circuit layer to generate a switch signal. In the present application, a light guide backplate provides functions, such as guiding light, a function of printed circuit layer, and connecting a key, so as to reduce thickness of the illuminated keyboard.

    Abstract: A key structure includes a supporting plate, a keycap, a frame and a movable plate. The supporting plate is disposed over the movable plate. The keycap is disposed over the supporting plate. The frame is disposed over the supporting plate and arranged around the keycap. The frame includes a linking element. The linking element is inserted in a groove of the movable plate. While the movable plate is moved, the linking element is moved along the groove in response to the movement of the movable plate and the frame is ascended to a position at the same level with the keycap. Consequently, the top surface of the frame and the top surface of the keycap are collaboratively defined as a flat surface.

    Abstract: A keyboard includes a base plate, plural keycaps, plural scissors-type connecting elements and a sliding plate. Each scissors-type connecting element has a bulge. The gliding plate has plural position-limiting structures. The keyboard is installed on a notebook computer and connected with a top cover of the notebook computer. For operating the keyboard, the bulge is received in a first step part of the position-limiting structure. Consequently, the keycap is at a higher height. Since the keycap is at a higher height, the movable distance of the keycap is large enough to provide better tactile feel. For storing the keyboard, the bulge of the scissors-type connecting element is moved to the second step part of the position-limiting structure. Consequently, the height of the keycap is reduced, and the keyboard has a slim appearance.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a key connecting module for triggering a switch circuit board, where the key connecting module includes a frame having a support structure, and a triggering assembly, and the triggering assembly is accommodated in the support structure and is moveable relative to the frame to trigger the switch circuit board. The triggering assembly includes a first combining part corresponding to a first keycap and a second combining part corresponding to a second keycap. When the key connecting module is connected to the first keycap, the first keycap is combined with the first combining part. When the key connecting module is connected to the second keycap, the second keycap is combined with the second combining part.
