Abstract: FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: given system and method are proposed to raise operational carrying capacity of arbitrary access channel with time quantization in communication system with expanded spectrum with the aid of access sonde comprising several parts. First and second parts of preamble of access sonde are modulated with use of short code pseudo noise-sequence and second part of preamble and the rest of access sonde are modulated with the aid of long code pseudo noise-sequence. Information subject to transmission with access sonde is modulated in second part of access sonde and access sonde is so sent that first part of preamble of sonde is within limits of boundaries of quantum of access channel. According to first variant of implementation of invention time quanta in access channels employed for reception of access signals have length equal to length of first part. In compliance with another variant time quanta in assemblage of neighboring access channels used for reception of access channel can be longer than first part but time-shifted relative one another by length or period of first part. EFFECT: raised operational carrying capacity of channel, shortened delay in gaining access after refusal of first access. 29 cl, 9 dwg

Abstract: FIELD: cellular telephone communications. SUBSTANCE: integral data- retrieval processor unit incorporated in modem for extended-spectrum communication system serves to spool retrieved data received and uses time-sliced conversion processor handling serial shifts from buffer. Data- retrieval processor unit performs off-line step-by-step retrieval configured by set of retrieval parameters determined by microprocessor which may include group of antennas to be retrieved, initial shift and width of page window to be found, as well as number of Walsh symbols for acquiring results of each shift. Data-retrieval processor unit computes correlation energy at each shift and submits summary report on most optimal paths detected during retrieval meant for reusing demodulating item. This measure reduces load related to retrieval process on microprocessor and also modem losses due to the fact that entire modem circuit of channel component can be formed on single integrated circuit.
