THE MEASURING OF THE QUALITY OF A TRANSMITTER'S SIGNAL MAY BE BASED ON A COMPOSITE SCORE THAT COMBINES A NUMBER OF INDIVIDUAL MEASUREMENTS MADE OVER A PREDETERMINED PERIOD OF TIME.
