    Abstract: A remote UE or a relay UE may identify a configuration for a relocation of one or more session termination points associated with one or more radio access packet data sessions from the relay UE to the remote UE or from the remote UEto the relay UE. The remote UE or the relay UE may execute the relocation of the one or more session termmation points associated with the one or more radio access packet data sessions from the relay UE to the remote UE or from the remote UE to the relay UE based on the configuration. The session termination point relocation may be controlled by the remote UE, the relay UE, or a network entity. The remote UE may transmit or receive data with a network via the relay UE based on the relocation of the one or more session termmation points.

    Abstract: In embodiments of systems and methods for synchronous content presentation, a user equipment (UE) may generate a freshness parameter, generate a unique session key based on a first session key and the freshness parameter, and send the freshness parameter to a Network Application Function (NAF) of a network device in a configuration that will enable the NAF to generate the unique session key. The network device may receive the freshness parameter, receive from a Key Server Function (KSF) the first session key, and generate based on the freshness parameter and the first session key the unique session key. The UE and the network device may then conduct secure communications using the unique session key without exchanging the unique session key between the two devices.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to user equipment (UE) to user equipment (UE-to-UE) relaying in a communication system. At least two remote UEs and a UE-to-UE relay receive provisioned security information from the wireless communication network, where the security information includes discovery parameters and relay security information. The security information provisioned by the wireless communication network is used to establish a connection between the two UEs and the UE-to-UE relay device including discovery of the UE-to-UE relay by the remote UEs. Furthermore, the provisioned security information is used to establish a secure connection between the two remote UEs via the UE-to-UE relay device.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, devices may use information protection to detect fake base stations. A base station verified by a network may transmit first information to a user equipment (UE) in an unprotected message. If a fake base station intercepts and modifies the message before relaying the message to the UE, the UE may receive different information than the transmitted first information. The UE may then transmit an indication of the received information to the verified base station in a protected message. In some cases, based on the indication, the verified base station may re-transmit the first information to the UE in a message protected against modification by the fake base station. If the UE determines that the initially received information is different from the information received in the protected retransmission, the UE identifies message modification by the fake base station.

    Abstract: This disclosure provide systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for providing service connectivity to a service of a service provider via a wireless local area network (WLAN). Several service connectivity techniques are described. In some implementations, a first wireless device may establish a communication link with the AP to access the service. In some implementations, the first wireless device may be an internet of things (loT) device, and may be a headless loT device (144). The communication link may be established without the wireless device joining a Basic Service Set (BSS) of an access point (AP, 102). The service connectivity may be implemented using broadcast services between an AP (102) and the wireless device (144). The broadcast services may be used for uplink broadcast traffic from the wireless device to a service provider (140) via the AP (102).     Abstract: Techniques for secure control plane communications between a User Equipment (UE) and a gNB are provided. A RAN network entity (1024) decides to handover a UE from a source base station (1022) to a target BS (1026), wherein the RAN network entity controls a plurality of BSs including at least one of the source BS or the target BS, and wherein at least a portion of a control plane (CP) protocol layer is implemented at the target BS. The network entity generates (1008) at least one key specific to the target BS, based on a master key and a freshness parameter, the master key associated with the network entity. The network entity transmits (1010) an indication of the at least one key to the target BS, wherein the target BS exchanges control signaling with the UE based on the CP protocol layer using the at least one key.
