Abstract: Methods and systems for performing time synchronization for a Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X) wireless interface of a vehicle are provided. In one example, a method comprises: determining, by a vehicle UE, whether a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver of the vehicle receives a GNSS signal including time information for a time synchronization operation for the vehicle's local clock source; based on whether the GNSS receiver receives a GNSS signal including the time information, adjusting a local clock time of the vehicle's local clock source based on one of: the time information included in the GNSS signal, or one or more wireless signals broadcasted from a base station; and adjusting, based on the adjusted local clock time, at least one of: a phase or a frequency of a clock signal supplied to the C-V2X wireless interface.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first device may detect that a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) system information block (SIB) or reconfiguration information is unavailable based at least in part on a first subscription of the first device satisfying a condition. The first device may determine the V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with the first subscription based at least in part on V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with a second subscription of the first device. The first device may perform, to one or more of a network node or a second device and using the first subscription, a V2X transmission using the V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with the second subscription. The UE may refrain from monitoring at least one WUS occasion, from the one or more WUS occasions, based at least in part on the identification of the one or more conditions. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. One method of informing the UE of priorities associated with cells that support a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) service may include the UE receiving a priority indicator from the base station. The priority indicator may inform the UE of priorities associated with one or more cells that support the V2X service. The priority indicator may be received in a radio resource control (RRC) connection release message. The UE may use the priority indicator to determine which cells of the set of cells support the V2X service. Accordingly, the UE may perform a cell reselection procedure based at least in part on the priority indicator, the measured parameters, or both. By informing the UE of priorities associated with cells that support the V2X service, the V2X service may have greater continuity at the UE, thereby increasing the performance and quality of the V2X service.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Transmitting devices may consider the transmission periodicities of one or more neighboring devices prior to transmitting. For example, a first device (e.g., a first user equipment (UE)) may receive a message from a second device (e.g., a second UE) during a first time interval, where the message may indicate a transmission periodicity of the second device. The first device may identify based on the first time interval and the transmission periodicity, one or more subsequent time intervals corresponding to transmissions by the second device. The first device may identify a second time interval based on the one or more subsequent time intervals that the first device may transmit in. The first device may transmit data during the second time interval that is different from the one or more subsequent time intervals to avoid transmission collisions.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a method of wireless communication at a receiving device operating in an unacknowledged mode (UM). In some examples, the receiving device may be a user equipment, a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) device, or a cellular V2X (C-V2X) device. The receiving device receives an unacknowledged mode data (UMD) protocol data unit (PDU) and determines that an RLC sequence number of the UMD PDU is within a reordering window. The receiving device determines a first packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) sequence number included in the UMD PDU and determines whether the first PDCP sequence number is greater than a second PDCP sequence number in a last received UMD PDU when the RLC sequence number is within the reordering window. The receiving device stores the UMD PDU when the first PDCP sequence number is greater than the second PDCP sequence number.
