    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) procedures for blind sidelink retransmissions. A first device may obtain a set of sidelink communication parameters that are associated with a second device. Based at least in part on the set of sidelink communication parameters, the first device may transmit to the second device a sidelink blind retransmission configuration. This configuration may include enablement of sidelink blind retransmission and/or establishment of a number of sidelink blind retransmissions. Other aspects, examples, and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a first sidelink message using a first beam, where the first sidelink message corresponds to a feedback time interval for receiving feedback associated with the first sidelink message. The UE may transmit a second sidelink message using a second beam that is different from the first beam, where the second beam is also associated with the feedback time interval for receiving feedback associated with the second sidelink message. The UE may then select (from one of the first beam of the second beam) a receive beam to receive feedback during the feedback time interval, and based on the receive beam selection, the UE may monitor for feedback associated with the first sidelink message or the second sidelink message, or both.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive one of a transmission profile, of an application executing on the UE, that indicates whether sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) is required, or a sidelink communication that indicates whether sidelink DRX is supported. The UE may communicate with one or more other UEs in accordance with a configuration for sidelink DRX, or with sidelink DRX disabled, based at least in part on the transmission profile or the sidelink communication.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to perform groupcast transmission on a si delink channel of a high frequency band, such as a millimeter wave (mmW) band. The UE may transmit, via a sidelink channel, beamformed repetitions of a packet in multiple directions corresponding to multiple quality of service (QoS) profiles configured for transmission of the packet. The UE may determine precoders to transmit the packet in the multiple directions. Each repetition of the packet may be associated with a separate hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process. The UE may perform precoder cycling to transmit the packet in the multiple directions, and the UE may retransmit the packet in directions where the initial transmission was unsuccessful.
