Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may initiate a first service, having a first priority during a time interval, associated with a first subscriber identification module (SIM), and a second service, having a second priority during the time interval, associated with a second SIM of the UE, the first priority having a higher priority than the second priority. The UE may identify a first type of communication associated with the second SIM. The UE may adjust, based at least in part on the first type of communication, at least one of the first priority or the second priority during the time interval. The UE may perform a communication in accordance with the adjusted at least one of the first priority or the second priority. Numerous other aspects are described.
Abstract:
Apparatus and methods for wireless communication include receiving, in a time division synchronous code division multiple access (TD-SCDMA) network, a first number of symbols before a midamble, the midamble, and a second number of symbols after the midamble; determining first forward and backward probabilities for a first subset of the first number of symbols and second forward and backward probabilities for a second subset of the second number of symbols; determining first posterior probabilities for the first subset of the first number of symbols and second posterior probabilities for the second subset of the second number of symbols; determining a first target posterior probability and a second target posterior probability; detecting a first target symbol and a second target symbol; and determining a first channel estimate corresponding to the first target symbol and a second channel estimate corresponding to the second target symbol.
Abstract:
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). The UE starts a first timer (such as a discontinuous reception (DRX) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round-trip-time (RTT) timer), after sending an uplink (UL) data transmission to a network entity. The UE then starts a second timer (such as a DRX retransmission timer) when the first timer expires. The UE then determines whether to wake up or sleep for a duration of the second timer based on a prior block error rate (BLER).
Abstract:
This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for enabling collision mitigation for a user equipment (UE) operating in a dual active mode. In some aspects, the UE may generate a communication for a first subscription in a first time window associated with a first priority for a time domain division pattern with a second subscription. The UE may transmit, using the first subscription, the communication in a second time window associated with a second priority for the time domain division pattern. For example, the second time window associated with the second priority may be a time window in which traffic for the first subscription is prioritized. In some aspects, the UE may select modified periodic intervals for transmissions of a communication to mitigate collisions associated with the time domain division pattern. For example, a transmission time of the periodic communication may be varied (or randomized) over time.
Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. A user equipment (UE) may configure a first initial set of maximum transmit powers for a first subscriber module. The UE may configure a second initial set of maximum transmit powers for a second subscriber module. The UE may configure a first maximum transmit power associated with a first connection for the first subscriber module. The UE may configure, independently of the configuration of the first maximum transmit power, a second maximum transmit power associated with the second connection. The UE may transmit based at least in part on at least one of the first maximum transmit power or the second maximum transmit power. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may initiate a first service associated with a first subscriber identity module (SIM) of the UE and a first priority. The UE may initiate a second service associated with a second SIM of the UE and a second priority. The UE may switch the first priority and the second priority during at least part of the first service or the second service. The UE may perform a communication in accordance with at least one of the first priority or the second priority. Numerous other aspects are described.
Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may perform, to a first base station and via a first radio frequency (RF) chain, at least a portion of a first uplink transmission associated with a first priority. The UE may receive, from the first base station or from a second base station and during the first uplink transmission, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) grant for a second uplink transmission associated with a second priority higher than the first priority. The UE may cancel a remaining portion of the first uplink transmission based at least in part on receiving the PDCCH grant for the second uplink transmission. The UE may perform, to the first base station or to the second base station and via a second RF chain, the second uplink transmission. Numerous other aspects are described.
