Abstract: The device has a plastic ferrule (1) comprising a crater to house an assembly having a plastic material (2) and an absorbing material (3). The assembly obtained by sewing the materials is stuck at interior of the crater. The material (3) extends beyond the ferrule for permitting absorption and application of liquid dye. Abstract: The decorative lighting, designed to be supplied in kit form, consists of a plastic tube that can be rotated in upper and lower bearings and has a halogen lamp mounted on it. The lamp is concealed inside a plastic flower with leaves, assembled with press studs and fastened by brackets to the tube, which also acts as the flower stem. The flowers can be used singly or arranged in bouquets.
