Abstract: A radio frequency (RF) device (100) and its voltage generating circuit (110) are provided. The RF device (100) includes the voltage generating circuit (110) and a RF circuit (120). The voltage generating circuit (110) receives a RF signal (RFC) and generates at least one bias voltage (VB) related to the RF signal (RFC). The RF circuit (120) is used to receive the RF signal (RFC). The RF circuit (120) is coupled to the voltage generating circuit (110) to receive the bias voltage (VB). The bias voltage (VB) is used to operate the conduction state of at least one RF transmission path of the RF circuit (120).

Abstract: A radio frequency device (200) and a voltage generating device (210) thereof are provided. The voltage generating device (210) includes a first transistor (211), a second transistor (212), and a voltage dividing circuit (213). A first terminal of the first transistor (211) receives a first voltage. A first terminal of the second transistor (212) receives a second voltage. A first connection terminal and a second connection terminal of the voltage dividing circuit (213) are respectively coupled to second terminals of the first transistor (211) and the second transistor (212). The voltage dividing circuit (213) generates a first divided voltage (Vdl) and a second divided voltage (Vd2). The first divided voltage (Vdl) is used as an output voltage of the voltage generating device (210). The second divided voltage (Vd2) is output as a control voltage to a control terminal of the first transistor (211) and a control terminal of the second transistor (212).

Abstract: A radio frequency apparatus (200, 300, 400) and a voltage generating device (210, 310, 410) thereof are provided.
