Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a simple means of reconditioning a lubricant oil of a gear without need for a large-scale and expensive modification of the gear. CONSTITUTION: This device for reconditioning a lubricant oil of a gear which is desirous to serve as a central gear of a vehicle is mounted with a gear housing 12 partially filled with the lubricant oil and at least one of an external lubricant oil reconditioning device 30 which is desirous to serve as an oil filter. The reconditioning device 30, fixed to the gear housing 12, is formed such that the lubricant oil can be conveyed from the gear housing 12 to the external device 30 by a duct 40 including an inlet near a gear 22. An outlet duct 50 is formed such that the lubricant oil can be sent back to the gear housing. Energy necessary to convey the lubricant oil is obtained from the kinetic energy of the gear 22.
