Abstract: The invention describes novel multi-layer films with a first outer layer comprising a fluoropolymer; a second interior layer comprising a polyester or a polycarbonate (or combinations thereof) and an acrylic or methacrylic compatibilizer or an alkyl tin oxide as a compatibilizer; and a third outer layer comprising a fluoropolymer or a polyolefin melt adhesive prepared by a coextrusion process.
