Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine achieving the water recycle by a highly safe ozone generator with a measure against water leakage, and to provide the ozone generator for water cleaning to be used for cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing water. SOLUTION: The ozone generator 47 comprises two ozone generating electrodes 156 and 157, which are disposed in series along the direction of air flow inside a processing channel 152. With this structure, air flowing from an air inlet flows along the first ozone generating electrode 156 first, and during the time, the air receives the creeping discharge of the first ozone generating electrode 156 and generates ozone. Then, the air, having generated ozone, flows inside the processing channel 152 into the second ozone generating electrode 157, receives the creeping discharge while flowing along the second ozone generating electrode, and further generates ozone. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability by reducing a burden on a user in the case of closing an inner cover and a drum cover. SOLUTION: When the user brings the inner cover down (S1) from a state where the inner cover and the drum cover are open, the inner cover is engaged temporarily at a position where a packing is not pressed. In the case, the drum cover is opened half inside of the inner cover. When the user presses a start key and operation is started (S3), a torque motor for pulling the inner cover in is operated (S4) to pull a wire to pull the inner cover in against the elasticity of the packing to attain water sealing of an outer tub. When the torque motor reaches a maximum pulling position and its operation is stopped (S8), a torque motor for closing the drum cover provided inside of the inner cover is operated next (S9) to move a knock pin into the inner cover to push the rear cover of the drum cover to latch the drum cover. When the torque motor reaches the maximum pulling position, energizing to the motor is stopped (S13) to move the knock pin into the inner cover with the energizing force of a spring. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine by which a deterioration of ozone generation effect can be prevented by preventing a water from coming into an ozone generator. SOLUTION: A base portion 201 raised from a bottom portion is formed integrally with a base housing 2a in the rear and right side of the base housing 2a. The ozone generator 47 is disposed and secured on the base portion 201 by screws or others. Thereby the flowing out port of the ozone generator 47 is located above the upper face of a tank 4. Ozone generated by the ozone generator 47 is supplied to the thin tube 112 of an ejector 35 through a first supplying tube 53 with air. The first supplying tube 53 creeps on the tank 4 so as to direct from the flowing out port of the ozone generator 47 to the rear and left side corner portion once and direct forward by changing a direction at the corner portion, and is connected to the ejector 35 at the front and left side being the position of the opposite corner to the rear and right side where the ozone generator 47 is arranged. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause no water leakage when supplying water in a rinsing process even if an escape hole part for allowing air in an outer tub to escape is blocked with foam in a drum type washing machine. SOLUTION: In a first rinsing process out of a plurality of (e.g., two) rinsing processes performed following a washing process, a control part 56 operates a water supply valve 30 intermittently until the water level in the outer tub 10 reaches the predetermined rinsing water level. In this embodiment, the ON time of the water supply valve 30 is set to 3 seconds, and the OFF time is set to 5 seconds. With intermittent water supply thus performed, air pressed by water flowing into the outer tub 10 by the ON operation of the water supply valve 30 can escape to the outside of the outer tub 10 from a portion not blocked with foam in the escape hole part 55 or can escape to the outside of the machine from a detergent injector 35 through a water supply pipe 37 during the OFF time (the stop time of water supply) of the water supply valve 30. SOLUTION: An electric washing machine 10 has a space 34 where an external drainage hose 56 can be led about, a space 31 formed on the lower side of a housing 11, and a hose exit 35 facing the space 31. Then, when installing the electric washing machine 10, firstly the external drainage hose 56 connected to an elbow pipe 76 is led about on a waterproof pan 19 and is temporarily fixed at a prescribed position. Then, the electric washing machine 10 is placed on the waterproof pan 19. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that power is required to close an inner cover for opening/closing the opening of an outer tub due to repulsion of a packing, and a burden is imposed on a user. SOLUTION: When the inner cover 100 is tilted and pressed, a catching piece 120a of a locking cam 120 catches a locking piece 134 of an inner cover drawing mechanism 130 provided on the outer tub 11 side, and a switch 135 is on. At the time, the apparently closed inner cover 100 has the packing 140 not firmly pressed and brings about low water sealing property. When operation is started by pressing of a start key, a torque motor is operated, and a wire 24 is drawn to turn a movable engagement body 133. The inner cover 100 is drawn in the closing direction through the locking piece 134 and the locking cam 120, and the packing 140 is pressed by a peripheral hanging end 100a to achieve high water sealing property. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which increases lint capturing efficiency by having a lint filter in the middle of a drainage. SOLUTION: The washing machine has a filter device 30 disposed in the middle of a drainage pipe 16. Water flowing into a filter case 31 from an inflow port 60 is guided to the lint filter 36 through the inside of a mounting part 38 of a filter member 32. The lint filter 36, formed by making a net into a pouch shape, is disposed to spread in the filter case 31. More lint is captured since the surface area of the lint filter 36 is made larger.
