An elongated elastic element (18) is arranged with pre-stretching along the rear part of the leg edge (15) of each leg opening (16). The front portion (3) consists of an elastically extensible material and that the elongated elastic element (18) constricts the rear part of the leg edge (15) and thereby stretches the elastic material along the front part of the leg edge (15) whereby the side joins (12) exhibit a curvature in a direction towards the rear portion (4) and that amount of curvature increases in a direction from the waist opening (14) towards the leg opening (16).
