Abstract:
Disclosed is a floor covering consisting of a plurality of panel elements (1) that can be laid in combination with each other. On the front sides (2, 3) and longitudinal sides (4, 5), the panel elements have locking strips (6, 7) that engage with each other in the assembled position in a covering in which panel elements (1) adjoin each other. The front sides (2, 3) of the panel elements (1) have grooves (19, 20). The grooves (19, 20) of two abutting front sides (2, 3) are aligned and form a locking channel (21) for accommodating a front spring (22) that is pre-assembled in one of the grooves (20). The front spring (22) projects from an end of the groove (20) that faces the longitudinal side (5) of the panel element (1) and can be moved in part from one groove (20) into the corresponding groove (19) of the adjoining panel element (1) by sliding the projecting end (24) of the front spring (22) into the groove (20). The groove (20) that accommodates the front spring (22) has at least one recess (45) within which the stop surface (25) is formed and into which a cam (43) of the front spring (22) engages. The front spring (22) has a wavy shape. The wavy sides of the front spring (22) face a decorative side and a bottom side of the panel elements (1). The front spring (22) should have at least one non-wavy zone (30) that is located between two wavy zones (28, 29), at a distance from the ends (24) of the front spring (22).

Abstract:
Floor covering comprising a plurality of unit panels (1) laid in a pattern, these panels being provided on their head sides (2, 3) and on their longitudinal sides (4, 5) with locking strips (6, 7) which engage with one another in the assembled position in which unit panels (1) are arranged adjacently within a covering, wherein grooves (19, 20) are provided in the head sides (2, 3) and wherein the grooves (19, 20) of two abutting head sides (2, 3) correspond and form a locking channel (21) intended to accommodate a head tongue (22, 22a-k). The head tongue (22) is preassembled in the groove (20) and projects beyond an end of the groove (20) that faces the longitudinal side (5) of the unit panel (1). At the same time, the head tongue (22) in the preassembled state is embedded completely within the groove (20) and can be displaced at least partially from one groove (20) into the corresponding groove (19) of the adjacent unit panel (1) by sliding the projecting end (24) of the head tongue (22) into the groove (20).
Abstract:
Glueless carcase and method for glueless connection of wall elements of a carcase, in particular for a furniture piece. The carcase comprises at least three wall elements (2), which can be connected to one another via coupling means (3) arranged on their end faces (2b) and thereby form a closed frame. A groove and a tongue, which can be engaged with one another in the connected state of the wall elements (2), are arranged according to the invention in the area of each of the end faces (2b) as coupling means (3). The tongues (5) extending in a longitudinal direction (x) of the end faces (2b) can additionally each be divided into individual tongue sections (11) arranged with a spacing (x1) from one another in the manner of a comb. The method for connection provides a relative movement of the wall elements engaged with one another; they can be displaced oppositely in a locking direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the end faces (2b).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a covering consisting of elements that can be mechanically interconnected, at least one of the elements being a panel (1, 1a - 1d, 2, 2a - 2d) with the following characteristics: a) the sides (6) of the elements facing one another have a corresponding profiled section that can be used to interlock adjoining elements by means of a substantially vertical or pivoting connection movement in a horizontal and vertical direction; b) the interlocking can be achieved by a tongue element (11) that is hinged on one of the elements and that can be pivoted behind a locking edge (17) of the other element during the connection movement, said edge extending substantially in a horizontal direction; c) during the connection of adjoining elements, the tongue element (11) slides down a supporting surface (19) of the adjoining element, said surface lying opposite the locking edge (17). The supporting surface (19) that points towards the locking edge (17) is inclined in relation to a displacement plane (V) and causes a horizontal displacement of the tongue element (11, 11a - 11d) behind the locking edge (17). Alternatively, the supporting surface (19) runs parallel to the displacement plane (V) and the free end (20) of the tongue element is inclined in relation to the displacement plane (V), thus causing a horizontal displacement of the tongue element (11d) behind the locking edge (17) during the connection of the adjoining elements (1d, 2d).
Abstract:
