Abstract:
Provided is a method for obtaining a cooking vessel comprising the following steps: producing a container having an aluminium outer face and an inner face, carrying out hard anodization of at least the outer face of the container. At least one colouring step is carried out on the anodized outer face following hard anodization, said colouring step employing at least one water-soluble anthraquinone organic dye. Also provided is a culinary article or an electric cooking appliance comprising a cooking vessel obtained by the above method.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a coated multilayer metal cooking vessel compatible with induction heating, comprising a metal body having a heating face bearing a protective coating and a cooking face bearing a non-stick coating forming a cooking surface. According to the invention, the metal body comprises an aluminum sheet which is metallurgically bonded to a double-faced aluminized low-carbon ferromagnetic steel sheet forming the heating face, the double-faced aluminized low-carbon ferromagnetic steel sheet comprising a low-carbon ferromagnetic steel substrate having on each of its two faces an outer layer comprising an aluminum-based matrix, an intermediate layer comprising iron/aluminum intermetallic compounds which are arranged between the low-carbon ferromagnetic steel substrate and the outer layer, and, at least on the bottom of the heating face, the outer layer has a thickness of less than 27 gm, preferably less than 20 μm, and more preferably less than 18 μm. The invention also relates to a cookware article, an electrical cooking appliance and a method for obtaining a coated metal cooking vessel.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for obtaining a cooking container comprising the following steps: producing a vessel having an aluminium outer face and an inner face, performing anodisation on at least the outer face of the vessel to obtain an anodic coating having pores. At least one colouring step is carried out on the anodised outer face after anodisation, the colouring step or steps implements at least one metal salt deposited at the bottom of the pores of the anodic coating by electrochemical technique. Also provided is a culinary article or an electric cooking appliance comprising a cooking container obtained according to the abovementioned method.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a coated metal cooking rack compatible with induction healing, comprising a metal body including a heating face bearing a protective coating and a cooking face bearing an anti-adhesive coating forming a cooking surface. According to the invention, the metal body is made of two-sided aluminized ferromagnetic low-carbon steel sheet comprising a ferromagnetic low-carbon steel substrate having on each of its two faces an outer layer comprising an aluminum-based matrix, an intermediate layer comprising iron/aluminum intermetallic compounds being arranged between the ferromagnetic low-carbon steel substrate and the outer layer, and at least on the bottom of the heating face the outer layer has a thickness of less than 27 μm, preferably less than 20 μm, and even more preferably less than 18 μm. The invention also relates to a culinary article, an electric cooking appliance and a method of obtaining a coated metal cooking rack.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an item, notably a culinary item, includes: providing a support in the form of a preform; preparing a sol-gel composition; hydrolyzing the sol-gel precursor, followed by a condensation reaction; applying onto at least one support surface of the preform at least one layer of the sol-gel composition to form a sol-gel coating layer; and thermally treating the sol-gel coating layer to solidify the coating layer. Further, before thermally treating the sol-gel coating, the method includes pre-densifying the coated preform and stamping the preform to produce a final form of the culinary item.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for obtaining a cooking vessel that includes the following steps: producing a bowl having an aluminum outer surface and an inner surface; performing hard anodization of at least the outer surface of the bowl; and providing a sol-gel coating on the anodized outer surface. At least one coloring step is carried out following the hard anodization, the coloring step(s) being carried out before and/or during the sol-gel coating step. Also provided is a kitchen item or an electrical cooking appliance that includes a cooking vessel obtained by the above method.

Abstract:
A cooking device includes a cooking support having a cooking face and a heating face, an aluminum layer being metallurgically assembled with the heating face, an anisotropic graphite layer being encapsulated between the aluminum layer and another aluminum layer. The aluminum layer may be metallurgically assembled with the heating face leaving a portion of the heating face free around the aluminum layer, the aluminum layer and the anisotropic graphite layer being part of a multilayer diffuser bottom.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for obtaining a cooking vessel having the following steps: producing a bowl having an outer face made of aluminum and an inner face, carrying out hard anodization of at least the outer face of the bowl. According to the method, at least one coloring step is carried out on the anodized outer face after hard anodization, said coloring step employing at least one water-soluble inorganic pigment. Also provided is a culinary article or an electric cooking appliance comprising a cooking vessel obtained by the above method.
