    Abstract: A multi-nozzle combined atomizing dust suppression experimental equipment under the effect of airflow disturbance includes a simulated roadway device, water spray based dust suppression device and nozzle position adjustor. The simulated roadway device includes an inlet portion, front divergent portion, simulated roadway body, rear convergent portion and outlet portion. The water spray based dust suppression device includes a dust generation and extraction system and spraying system. The dust generation and extraction system includes a dust generation device, exhaust air duct, exhaust fan and outlet air duct while the spraying system includes a water tank, high pressure water pump, confined water pipe, pressure water flow converter and multiple nozzles. The nozzle position adjustor includes a nozzle slide, slide fixing rod, nozzle sliding rack and electrically-controlled drive system which controls the change of horizontal position and vertical position of the nozzles.

    Abstract: Provided are a drill-power-based directional hydraulic fracturing system for downhole quick slotting and a method thereof. The directional hydraulic fracturing system includes a water injection pump, a high pressure rubber pipe arranged on the water injection pump is in communication with a drill, a dedicated sealing drill rod for hydraulic fracturing is arranged on the drill, a front segment of the drill rod may be connected with a directional borehole sealer through threads and a sealing ring is provided at the threaded connection. The main steps include drilling, slotting, borehole sealing and fracturing. Firstly, a drill-cut integrated tool is installed at a front end of the drill rod. After drilling is completed, hydraulic slotting, permeability improvement and pressure relief are performed without changing a drill bit. After slotting is completed, the drill bit is retreated, and the directional borehole sealer is installed and pushed to a predetermined position for efficiency sealing. After sealing is completed, high pressure water injection fracturing is performed to increase fissure density and scope with “high pressure penetration” as main. Thus, water injection for the coal seam with high ground pressure and low porosity is realized. In this way, coal bumps are effectively prevented, the powder dust concentration is reduced and the disasters such as gas and fire are prevented.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a ground wellhole dedicated protective pipe for gas extraction of a mining-induced area. The ground wellhole dedicated protective pipe for gas extraction of a mining-induced area is disposed inside a ground wellhole for gas extraction of the mining-induced area and the ground wellhole dedicated protective pipe for gas extraction of a mining-induced area includes a casing and a chain that is disposed inside the casing and slidable relative to the casing, wherein the chain includes a plurality of chain drums and connecting pieces movably connecting the adjacent chain drums, and a plurality of air holes are opened in the chain drum along an axial direction of the chain drum. Beneficial effects include as follows: the ground wellhole dedicated protective pipe for gas extraction of a mining-induced area is capable of resisting a change and a failure of the casing caused by a shearing force, a squeezing force and a stretching force due to a displacement of a rock stratum simultaneously, and ensures the gas passes under any one or more forces no matter what displacement and forces occur to a protection region inside the ground wellhole for gas extraction of the mining-induced area, and thus the pipe has versatility, economy and applicability compared with traditional protection methods and apparatuses.
