Then, the collector current I14 of the other side of the current mirror circuit 26 equivalent to the base current I13 is inputted to the capacitor 22. Then, an input current I14 to the capacitor 22 becomes very small compared with the initial current from power supply Vcc, and its charging time can be made slow.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve noise resistance characteristics by switching the up- counting and down-counting of an UP/DOWN counter in accordance with the state of a comparator. CONSTITUTION:An output delay circuit 55 is provided with an oscillator 58, the UP/DOWN counter 59, a decoder circuit 61 for switching its output state from the 'L' (or 'H') level to the 'H' (or 'L') level when the count value of the counter 59 reaches a set value in order to switch the up-counting and down-counting of the counter 59 in accordance with the state of the comparator 54, and an RS-FF circuit 64 to be set up by an exclusive OR between the output of the circuit 61 and the output of the comparator 54 and reset by a signal indicating the change of the output state of the circuit 61 from L to H or H to L. The clock signal of the counter 59 is controlled by the circuit 64. Thus, the noise resistance characteristics can be improved.
