Abstract: A method of recording a hologram (22) by mutual interference of an object light (47) and a reference light (49) on a hologram recording plane of a hologram disk (23). At least one of the object light and the reference light is an aberrational wave so that said hologram has interference fringes different from quadratic curves. In one method the aberrational wave (49) is generated by inputting a spherical wave (48) to an anamorphic lens (41) whose power distribution is determined by mathematical programming so that an aberration of a deflected reproducing light beam (36) on an image surface (24) during reproduction of the hologram is minimized. In another method the aberrational wave is generated by inputting a spherical wave to a compound optical system including a prism and a spherical lens whose parameters in shape are determined by mathematical programming so that an aberration of a deflected reproducing light beam on an image surface during reproduction of the hologram is minimized. In the hologram scanner the hologram recorded by one of these methods is disposed on a rotatable hologram disk for deflecting a reproducing light beam by diffraction so as to scan an image surface by the deflected reproducing light beam during a rotation of said hologram disk.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve stability of the drive of a semiconductor laser by specifying the relation between the current and the threshold light quantity used when the recording density of an outputted visible picture corresponding to a light quantity of generated laser beams rises from zero. CONSTITUTION:Low output current IL and high output current IH are set in such a manner that one of low output light quantity PL and high output light quantity PH almost corresponds with one of threshold light quantities PTH0 and PTH1 which are in the rise and fall characteristics, respectively, of the recording density of an outputted visible picture corresponding to a light quantity of laser beams generated by a semiconductor laser 3, and the other light quantity almost corresponds with the other threshold light quantity. Therefore, the recording density is almost zero at one of the currents IL and IH, and it is almost one at the other; additionally the amount of current change between the currents IL and IH can be reduced. Since change in the temperature of the semiconductor laser 3 is reduced, the stability of the drive of the semiconductor laser 3 is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily remove the matter adhered to a tip part of a recording head or the like, by applying a voltage between adjacent recording electrodes along the arranging direction of a plurality of the recording electrodes of the recording head. CONSTITUTION:When switches SW1-SWn are selectively turned ON in the condition where a common switch CSW is turned OFF, electric currents are supplied from constant-current output circuits I1-In to recording electrodes G1-Gn of a recording head 24, and printing on a recording paper 23 is through an ink film 25. When printing scum is deposited in a gap between the recording electrodes G, the head 24 is separated from a platen, the common switch CSW is closed to ground the even electrodes G2, G4 ... through diodes D2, D4 ..., end even-numbered ones of the switches SW1-SWn are opened, whereas odd- numbered ones are closed, whereby an electric current is caused to flow between the adjacent electrodes G to melt the scum. Then, the head 24 is again pressed against the platen, and a carriage is moved to remove the scum by an ink film 25. Thus, the matter adhered to the recording head can be easily removed.
