Abstract: Tape dispenser roller carrying, according to the invention, a main cover body (1) that has in its inside, with spin chances, a cover base body (2) with axial means (6) on which a swivelling tape roll (12) dispenser can be mounted, and with means (33A, 33B) elastically stimulated and protruding to the outside in radial sense as to such assembling means (6) to change into a roll tape (12) inner part mounted on the aforesaid axial means (6), to prevent, or at least drastically reduce any unwanted tape unwind (12) and such means (32) located to hold the tape in axial position as to such assembling means (6). Moreover, the invention comes with a roller cut (5) with a replaceable blade (6) in the dispenser.
