Abstract: The invention relates to the improved structure of an adhesion tape ring and its' brake, botorn cutter, and other related parts of an automatic adhesion tape adhering and cutting device, and the special features of the invention are: the cylindrical tube itself, which is used to fiton adhesion tape, is provided with a brake fixing device and an adhesion tape width locating device, this arrangement prevents an adhesion tape fitted-on the automatic adhesion tape adhering and cutting device from free rotation and swing, as well as adhesion tape rolls of any width can be mounted on it. The rotory cutting device can rotate freely , therefore, it is both easy to use and energy saving during use, furthermore, the cutting blade can be replaced, thus, the servicing life of the whole unit is extended; one more circular hole is added to the improved cover plate, therefore, it can be firmly and effectively mounted on bottom body shell of the automatic adhesion tape adhering and cutting device.
