The length of the base part allows it to be mounted on the snowboard without projecting over the sides. The fastening part (10,12) which is mounted on the touring ski comprises an extension member (10) swivel mounted on the bearing part (12) and designed to slide in and fix in an indent (18) formed on the base part.

Abstract: The connecting member engages at its ends on fitments each mounted on a ski. At least one fitment is in two parts. The movable part (13) which moves between two positions across the longitudinal direction of the ski to exert tension is mounted rotatable on the non-movable fitment part (12) connected to the ski. The movable part rotates about a bearing pin (15) set on the immovable fitment part perpendicular to the ski surface. An eccentric (10) is formed on the movable fitment part and engages in an opening partially enclosed by a hook at the end of the connecting part. A handle (11) for moving the movable fitment part can be swivel mounted on same or can be detachable. The handle can be formed as an adaptor for bindings.

Abstract: The clamping device for connecting a snowboard formed from two skis and a center part has a connection member which is supported on the center part so as to be swivelable around a swivel pin, this connection part having hooks formed at its ends which define corresponding receiving openings. Hardware fittings are arranged on the skis, wherein a movable hardware part is supported on a hardware part that is held on the ski in a stationary manner. Each movable hardware part has an eccentric with which hooks cooperate so as to effect a clamping after the rotation of the movable hardware parts and the compulsory rotation of the eccentrics.
