Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively manage the medical treatment for patient's disease by analyzing the medical cost returning claim of a population of patients, identifying the partial population of dangerous patients and intervening in the medical treatment of such partial mother group. SOLUTION: The number of patients within the range of a prescribed population of the patients who receive proper medical treatments, obey them and rightly manage them is increased. The number of the patients in a program is preferably 500, more preferably 1000 and most preferably 2000. Typically it includes a data provider, a case managers and plural doctors in addition to the patients. The data provider provides data on the use of medicine. Data on the use of medicine are guided by data on such a medicine returning claim prepared by a prescription insurance provider. The case manager allows the doctors to identify patients who probably receive profits by changing medical treatments and suggests treatments to the doctors.
