Abstract: The invention relates to an inspection system 10 for rolled products 20 of a milling station, comprising at least one plate turning device 11 with an arrangement of transferring turning arms 12 located on a turning shaft 14 and of receiving turning arms 13 located on a turning shaft 15. According to the invention it is thereby provided that the turning shaft 15 of the receiving turning arms 13 is arranged offset with respect to the turning shaft 14 of the transferring turning arms 12. Abstract: The method involves coupling a used set of working rolls on a locomotive (1). The used set of working rolls are deployed in axial direction from the frame. The coupling of the used working rolls takes place at a high level tower (10) on the locomotive and the locomotives are decoupled from the used set of working rolls after the deployment. The tower of the locomotive is decoupled and the locomotive with the tower moves under the used set of working rolls in a roll changing hole (2) in the direction of the frame behind the used set of working rolls.
