Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce the conditioner to make the soil environment suitable to the plant growth from the waste marine products such as starfish and shellfish and peat as the raw material. CONSTITUTION:The marine products such as starfish and sea urchin, peat and the green soil under peat are alternately piled up and anaerobically fermented to obtain a soil activating material. Further, the soil activating material is mixed with the crushed shell, crab shell, etc., and fused phosphate powder, and the material is anaerobically fermented to obtain anither soil activating material. The replant failure, damping-off and soil disease due to Nematoda are suppressed by these activating materials.
