    Abstract: An electric motor comprising a stator assembly, a rotor assembly including rotor magnets, a detecting winding assembly and motor housing receiving and relatively positioning stator assembly, rotor assembly and detecting winding assembly. The stator assembly includes the stator windings, a control circuit substrate fixed relative to the stator windings so as to be positioned within the field of the rotor magnets. The stator assembly further including circuitry on the control circuit substrate for controlling driving current supplied to the stator windings and the control circuit which includes on the substrate a rotational position detector. The rotor assembly includes a shaft rotatably journalled in the stator assembly, a magnet casing secured to the shaft and within which rotor magnets are fixed and a detector magnet secured to the shaft. The detecting winding assembly being arranged in face-to-face relationship with the detector magnet for generating motor speed detecting signals by the rotation of the detector magnet. The circuitry controlling the driving current responds to the motor speed detecting signals and the detected rotational position of the rotor magnets.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable driving control over an objective by facilitating control over the lowest resonance frequency f0 of a member which supports the objective and suppressing the generation of high-order resonance. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with the objective 12, a support member 20 which supports the objective 12 so that it can be displaced along and at right angles to the optical axis, electromagnetic driving means 16, 17, and 18 which drives and displaces the objective 12, and a base 11 fitted with the support member 20. The support member 20 has the hinge structure wherein a couple of parallel plates 23 and 24 and a connection part 21 connected between the parallel plates 23 and 24 across thin parts and vertical plates 43 and 44 connected to the connection part 21 through thin parts are formed of synthetic resin in one body and the parallel plates 23 and 24 and vertical plates 43 and 44 are connected to the connection part 21 so that they can be rotated and displaced around the thin parts as fulcra at right angles to each other. The support member 20 is fitted to the base 11 through the thin parts which can elastically be displaced, and then the objective 12 is supported on the base while made displaceable along and at right angles to the optical axis.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the upper end edge of a tape from being pressed to an opening upper edge and broken during a tape pulling out operation by setting the opening upper edge of a tape outlet at a position deviation from an opening internal edge having a tape guide surface rearward of a cassette casing. CONSTITUTION:While a tape 10 is pulled outward of a tape outlet 90 from both tape guide surfaces 32, if a loading pin 95 or the like do not move with a normal condition correcly maintained as shown by full lines but incline in an arrow direction X as shown by chain lines, the upper end edge 96 of the tape 10 is prevented from being pressed onto an opening upper edge 92 of the tape outlet 90 and broken. The opening upper edge 92 is set at a position deviated by distance (l) backward of an opening inner edge 93. Thereby, even if the tape 10 is mover upward (Y direction as shown by an arrow) the upper end edge 96 of the tape 10 is not pressed onto the opening upper edge 92 and the damage of the upper end edge 96of the tape 10 can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a torsion coil spring from changing a direction thereof or dropping off in assembly and facilitate assembly by attaching the torsion coil spring together with a front cover to a cassette casing with the spring fixed temporarily on an external periphery of a fulcrum pin of a front cover. CONSTITUTION:On an internal side face of a pair of right and left side plate sections 37a of a front cover 37, a pair of fulcrum pins 41 are integrally formed. The pins 41 are supported by a bearing to pin holes 42 of right and left both sides bracket sections 36 of a front side of an upper half 2 and the front cover 37 is turnable. In order to attach the front cover 37 to the casing 2, end sections 58a and 58b of an integral torsion coil spring 58 with a little torsion energized condition are inserted into an external periphery of the fulcrum pins 41 to lock temporarily with spring locking projected sections 56 and 57 not so as to drop the torsion coil spring 58 from the fulcrum pins 41 unexpectedly. Under this condition, when the front cover 37 is attached to the casing 2, an end section 58a of the torsion coil spring 58 is pressed by a spring locking section 59 and the front cover 37 is turned and energized in a closing direction.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance a sealing effect of a tape in a cover closing condition by providing a pair of end surfaces in parallel to a lower end section rear surface of a front cover and a lower end section front surface of a rear cover and contacting the pair of end surfaces in tight when the tape is surrounded before and after with the front cover and the rear cover. CONSTITUTION:In a cover closing condition of a front cover 14 and a rear cover 34, a front side of a tape 6 is surrounded by the front cover 14 from a front and a rear portions and a rear side thereof by the rear cover 34. Respective end surfaces 37a and 39a thereof contact in tight in parallel from the front and the rear portions. An upper surface opening 13 is completely closed by an upper plate section 31 of the front cover 14 and an upper cover section 41 of the rear cover 34, so that there is no fear that the tape is broken by dusts and the like. In a condition that the tape is mounted at a cassette mounting position, the front cover 14 turns upward against a pair of return springs and the rear cover 34 is guided by a pair of guide grooves to be opened. Lower end sections 37 and 39 move substantially vertically upward and the lower end section 37 of the front cover 14 does not protrude remarkably forward of a cassette casing.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent dusts and the like from invading into a cassette by providing an inserting hole of a lock releasing pin closing on a lower surface of a main body in a lower half and an engaging hole of the lock releasing pin closing an upper end in the lower surface of the main body. CONSTITUTION:When a tape cassette is mounted an a video recorder, a lock releasing pin 103 disposed in a cassette mounting position in the video recorder is inserted from an inserting hole 95 of a lower half 3 and into an engaging hole 104 of a claw body 90. Since the engaging hole 104 of the claw body 90 has an upper end thereof closed and a blind hole and the inserting hole 95 of the lock releasing pin 103 of the lower half 3 is usually closed on a lower surface 101a of a main body 101, from these inserting hole 95 and the engaging hole 104, dusts and the like does not enter the tape cassette. Accordingly, the sticking of the dusts and the like to the tape due to entering the same to the tape cassette and the generation of a dropout and the like during recording and reproducing the tape can be previously prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To return a claw body by a spring force to engage a resilient engaging piece with teeth section of a tape reel by inserting a torsion spring to a spring supporting pin at a center coil section and abutting a play end section against a lower half. CONSTITUTION:A torsion spring 91 is inserted into a spring supporting pin 102 of a claw body 90 by a center coil section 91 thereof from an upper part and attached and a pair of right and left play end sections 91b abut against a pair of spring receiving sections 99 of a pair of claw bodies 88. Accordingly, when the claw bodies are rotated and energized in a direction shown by arrows (g) and (h) centering a pair of supporting pins 93, the claw body 90 is slid and exerted in a direction of (i) shown by an arrow. The claw body 88 is prevented from rotating in the directions of (g) and (h) since a stopper 100 abuts against a rear surface wall 3c of a lower half 3. A claw section 97 engages with a teeth section 106 and a tape reel 8 is prevented from rotating in a direction shown by an arrow (a) and a tape reel 9 is prevented from rotating in a direction shown by an arrow (b). In this manner, the number of parts and assemblings can be reduced and a structure can be remarkably simplified.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To engage a resilient engaging piece with both teeth sections of a tape reel by a return movement of a claw body by constituting a claw body with a main body and a resilient engaging piece of a tapered shape having a space enlarged at an end. CONSTITUTION:When a video tape recorder is positioned at a stop mode, if a claw body 90 is returned, a pair of claw bodies 88 are returned and rotated by an energizing force of a torsion spring 91 and a claw section 97 thereof engages with both teeth sections 106. Then while the claw body is returned, a pair of resilient engaging pieces 89 engage with both the teeth sections 106 and returned, so that both tape reels 8, 9 rotate slightly respectively in a direction of a take-up of the tape (directions shown by arrows (m), (n). Accordingly, a slack in the tape 10 is not produced. By the returning of the claw body 90 in a direction of (i), the engaging pieces 89 are opened outward by a guide section 94, therefore, an engaging position of the engaging piece 89 are constantly fixed and a lock of both the tape reels 8, 9 can be usually performed asuredly. In this manner, a lock function can be done by one claw body and the number of parts and assembling processes is reduced and a structure can be simplified.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simply attach a rear cover to a front cover by providing a pair of right and left bracket parts on an internal surface of the front cover integrally and turnably pivoting a pair of right and left fulcrum pins disposed on the rear cover to the bracket sections. CONSTITUTION:In front of a tape cassette casing, an opening is disposed on an entire surface throughout a whole width of the cassette. A front surface opening is covered constantly by a front cover 14 formed in an U shape. An upper surface opening 13 is closed by an upper cover section 41 of a rear cover. The front cover 14 is molded by a synthetic resin, and turnable centering a pin 17. Into a pin hole 33 of a pair of bracket sections 32 a pair of fulcrum pins 35 of the rear cover are inserted and the rear cover is turnable with respect to the front cover 14. In order to pivot the rear cover to the front cover 14, both the bracket sections 32 of the front cover 14 is made flexible against elasticity and both the fulcrum pins 35 of the rear cover may be inserted into the bracket sections 32. Therefore, the rear cover can be simply attached to the front cover.
