CONSTITUTION:The rotation controller for a motor comprises a first modulator 5 for modulating a frequency signal generated from a carrier signal generator 8 according to a rotation detection signal responsive to a rotating speed of a capstan motor 2, a second modulator 7 for modulating a frequency signal generated from the generator 8 according to a variable frequency signal of a frequency responsive to a control signal, a phase comparator 11 for phase- comparing the signal from the modulator 5 with the signal from the modulator 7, thereby controlling a rotating speed of the motor 2 according to a compared output.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To utilize a low-speed circuit element as a digital IC circuit by expanding loose pulse width corresponding to an error in counting generated at a counting terminal to a specific multiple through an analog circuit, detecting error pulse width as a digital value by the 2nd counter part again, and adding the digital value to the low-order digits of a main counted value. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse S is inputted from a terminal C, the 1st digital counter 1 begins to count a clock signal CLK from its rising point to the next rising point and outputs its counted value DM. A counting terminal detection part 3, on the other hand, is set at the rising point of the pulse S and outputs a loose pulse ED with the next clock. This pulse ED is inputted to an analog width expansion part 4 and made into, for example, 2 -fold expanded loose pulse XED, whose pulse width is counted again by the 2nd digital counter 5, which outputs its counted value DS. The counted value DS is processed 6 at specific timing for the counted value DM to eliminate the error of a loose part.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the satisfactory control with a simple constitution by using a drive controller which gives the maximum acceleration to a drive means of a drive part to combine properly an analog circuit and a digital circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator has magnets 2a and 2b set to a rotary drum 1 together with a detection coil 3 for extraction of a signal Sa. This signal Sa is supplied to a switching pulse generating circuit 12. The circuit 12 produces a rectangular wave Sb of the same timing as the signal Sa and another triangular wave Sc having a prescribed time lag and supply them to a counter 13 and an analog monostable multivibrator 34. A gate pulse generating circuit 20 consists of a counter to count clock pulses Cp and produces a gate pulse Sh. While a mixing circuit 25 mixes a speed servo signal Sj and a phase servo signal Sq, and these mixed signals are delivered 40 to a drum motor. Thus the gate pulse and the actual control signal are produced through the digital processing and the analog processing respectively.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the ocurrence of skew by alternatingly changing over and taking out the original signal and 1/2H delayed signal from the original signal every time the head moves to the substantially adjacent truck thereto. CONSTITUTION:The reproducing signal from the heads Ha, Hb is fed to the switch circuit 22 through the limitter circuit and 1/2H delayed in the delay circuit 13 and fed to the switch circuit 12. These signals are demodulated into te brightness signals in FM demodulating circuit 14. The reproducing signal has the color signal being converted in high range through ACC circuit 24 in the frequency conversion circuit 22, and this signal is fed to the switch circuit 23, 1/2H delayed in the delay circuit 24 and fed to the switch circuit 24. Every time when the head Ha, Hb moves on the substantially adjacent tracks, the original signal and the 1/2H delayed signal thereof are alternately changed over and taken out, so that the shift of the recording position of the horizontal synchronizing signal is corrected.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a skewless reproducing picture by a simple constitution in the VTR. CONSTITUTION:In demodulation system 1 for video signals, reproducing signals from heads Ha and Hb are supplied to mixer circuit 13 through limiter circuit 11 and FM demodulator circuit 12. Delay element 21 which delays signals by H/2 is provided in delay and switching means 2. Signals from limiter circuit 11 are supplied not only to mixer circuit 13 through FM demodulator circuit 12 but also to delay element 21 to be delayed by H/2, and delayed signals are supplied to circuit 13 through circuit 12. Then, signals from circuit 11 are supplied to switch circuit 27, and signals delayed by H/2 in element 21 are supplied to switch circuit 27, and the output of circuit 27 is outputted to output terminal 28. Consequently, the output of circuit 13 and signals delayed by 1/2H are switched and outputted alternately each time heads Ha and Hb move to adjacent tracks substantially, so that slippage of the recording position can be corrected, and the generation of skew can be prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit for an electrochemical dimmer element automatically making a current flow through an electrochemical dimmer element for controlling a transmittance of light. SOLUTION: A driving circuit for an electrochemical dimmer element(EC element) comprises am H-bridge type switch circuit 12 in which an EC element for controlling a transmittance of light is connected across the H-bridge part, a constant current circuit 13 for absorbing a constant current connected with this circuit, and a micro computer 14 outputting signals for switching ON-OFF the circuits 12, 13. Moreover, the micro computer 14 outputs a 1st signal for opening the circuits 12, 13 for a specified time to make a current flow through the EC element 4 to reduce a transmittance of light, and a 2nd signal for opening the circuits 12, 13 for a specified time to make a current flow through the EC element 4 to increase the transmittance of light. Therefore, it is possible to automatically make a current flow through the EC element 4.
