An antifouling film is formed by a composition for forming the antifouling film containing an alkoxysilane compound having a perfluoropolyether group indicated by the following general formula (1): Rf(COR1-R2-Si(OR3)3üj where, in the formula, Rf indicates a perfluoropolyether group, R1 indicates a bivalent atom or group, R2 indicates an alkylene group, R3 indicates an alkyl group, and j is 1 or 2.
