Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a terminal assembly which can avoid misconnection between each power supply to be connected to an electronic equipment main body and supply the power while switching the power supply of the electronic equipment main body when the occasion demands by forming uneven parts corresponding to the electronic equipment main body as a connection object. CONSTITUTION:A terminal assembly body 4 of a power supply case is provided with an uneven part 31 formed corresponding to an equipment main body 1 and the recessed parts 19, 20 for power supply connection provided with metal pieces. The uneven part 31 is formed into the shape capable of selecting the proper engagement with a protrusion part 36 of the equipment main body 1. Accordingly, the uneven part 31 decides the equipment main body to allow connection. Projections projected from the equipment main body 1 are elastically connected to the metal piece so as to feed power supply output. With this constitution, a terminal assembly which can avoid misconnection of power supply while switching the power supply of the electronic equipment main body when the occasion demands can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid wrong installation of an electric power unit for reliable attachment and detachment by installing stopping members in the electric power case installation face wherein the kind of an electric power supply from outside is distinguished by the members. CONSTITUTION:On the installation face 2 of a VTR main body 1 integrated with a video camera, a pair of square rod-type stopping members 9, 10 are so projected as to face to both end edge parts in the longitudinal direction of an upper side case 5, and projected parts 8A-8D are formed on the opposite face. While an electric power case 3 being pushed toward the main body 1, the case 3 is slid transversely, so that the case 3 is fixed between the members 9, 10 in the way it can be detached freely. There area recessed and projected parts 34, 35 which show the kind of the usable electric power unit and projected parts 36, 37 are formed in the main body 1. Consequently, an electric power unit is attached to the main body 1 in the way it can be deteched freely only by fixing the projected parts 8A-8D in the notched parts 7A-7D.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To effectively avoid generation of connection mistake of power supply by providing the mounting face for a power supply case with an uneven part according to the kinds of the power supplies capable of being connected, and thereby selectively engaging the case therewith. CONSTITUTION:In conformity with the form of an uneven part 30, 31 on a surface of a power supply case 3 engaged with an electronic apparatus 1, the form of an uneven part 30, 31 of a surface with which the case is engaged is set in a projecting form 36, flat form 37 or recessed form. This arrangement limits the engagement of the case 3 according to the kinds of power supplies to enable selective engagement of the case 3. It is thus possible to effectively avoid connection mistake of power supply and to receive power from the specified power source with a simple mounting operation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid error attachment and simplify the changing of electric power sources by forming uneven parts in an attachment face based on the types of contained electric power sources and forming a fixing piece of L-shape groove to be interlocked with a claw of a fixing part in the electronic apparatus main body side in fixing possible state. CONSTITUTION:Uneven parts 30, 31 are formed in the surface of an upper side case 5 based on the types of electric power sources contained in an electric power source case 3 and fixing possible or impossible condition of an attachment face 2 of an electronic appliance main body 1 to the uneven parts 34, 35 is produced, so that only the electric power source which can be connected is selectively set in the fixing possible condition. Fixing pieces 6A-6D are composed of square grooves and communicating grooves and formed into a L-shape in both edge parts in the longitudinal direction of the case 5 and in the fixing possible condition, the square grooves 7A-7D are interlocked with fixing parts 8A-8D of the main body 1 to fix them one another. As a result, error attachment is effectively avoided and at the same time the types of electric power sources can be changed easily at need.

The recess/projection parts 30 and 31 have a projection part projecting outward from the surface to be installed, a recess part 33 dented inward from the surface to be installed and a flat part 66 formed by the surface to be installed, and these are combined/formed with each other according to the electronic equipment body 1. Thereby, in the case where the projection part on the surface to be installed is bumped against a projection part 36 of the electronic equipment body 1, or when it is bumped against a flat part 37, a locking impossible condition is set. When the recess part on the installing surface 2 is opposed to the projection part, a recess part 33 or a flat part 66 of the equipment body 1, or when the projection part 36 of the body 1 and the recess part 33 are opposed to each other, the locking impossible condition is set. Also, by fitting the recessed part 15 in the extrusion part 16, dropping-off is prevented. As a result, error attachment is prevented and a stable electric power source can be supplied.
