Abstract: A data transmission cable that can be laid without damaging the surface of a wall, ceiling, floor or the like and without using a fixing tool or the like, not impairing the external appearance of the wired place, or a cable, having a plurality of core wires, that can be laid with less crosstalk. A data transmission cable (1) comprises a core wire (2) having a medium for data transmission, and a cover member (4) covering at least part of the core wire (2) and having viscosity. Thus, since the cover member (4) has viscosity, the cable can be easily stuck to a wall (6) or the like. Further, since it becomes possible to lay the cable on the surface of the wall (6) or the like without using any fixing tool, screws, nails or the like, it is only the cable that is exposed to the surface of the wall (6) or the like, thus improving the external appearance.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission cable, which can be wired without giving a damage to the surface of a wall, a ceiling and the like and without using a clamp and the like, and can be also wired as it is with a plurality of core wires equipped and with little cross talk caused between core wires. SOLUTION: This data transmission cable 1 is equipped with a core wire 2 having a medium to transmit data and a coated member 4 having stickiness. Since stickiness is given to the coated member 4, the cable can be simply glued to a wall 6 and the like. In addition, since cable wiring can be applied to the surface of the wall 6 and the like without using clamps, screws, nails and the like at all, the cable becomes the only item exposed to the surface of the wall and the like and appearance becomes excellent.
