Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cover structure and an electronic instrument saving a space for installing an unlocking button and a finger applying part and having high design capability without damaging external appearance. SOLUTION: The unlocking button 40 and the finger applying part 42 are adjacently installed in a cover body 34. When the cover body 34 is opened, a finger tip of the thumb for example is put on a head part 401 of the unlocking button 40 and pressed to unlock the cover body 34 locked with a locking means, and at the same time the finger tip of the thumb for example is unconsciously put even on the finger applying part 42. Abstract: PURPOSE: To attain pivot operation in a stable state by providing a 2-point spindle rolling mechanism to a side face of a view finder in contact with a camera body. CONSTITUTION: A 2-point spindle rolling mechanism provided to a square prism view finder 15 is provided with a 1st spindle rolling mechanism 27 engaging with a 1st spindle guide of a rolling mechanism mount provided to the camera body on a side face of the body of the view finder 15 at the side in contact with the camera body 11 and a 2nd spindle rolling section 32 of a cylindrical projection engaging with the 2nd spindle guide section of the rolling mechanism mount section. That is, the 2-point spindle mechanism with a wide contact area is provided to a side face of the view finder on the side in contact with the camera body and they are moved while being rotated accompanying the rotational motion of the view finder. Thus, the camera is supported at two points and the strength of attachment is increased, and the pivot motion in a very stable state is attained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the directivity in the incident direction of infrared ray by providing a pair of parallel first and second reflection surfaces which are tilted to the light axis on a light guiding member and receiving the infrared light by a light receiving element after reflecting the incident infrared light on the reflection surface. CONSTITUTION:A light guiding member 1 is provided with a straight section 5 one end of which a light receiving surface 4 is formed and an inclination section 6 projecting upward at an angle of 45 deg.. Upper and lower parallel first reflection surfaces 7a and 7b are formed on the edge sides of the inclination section 6, and the end side is parallel to the straight section 5. The second reflection surface 8 is formed at an angle of 45 deg. to the straight section 5 on the end. An infrared ray 9 enters the straight section 5 from the light receiving surface 4 and received by the light receiving element 3 after reflected on reflection surfaces 7a, 7b and 8. At this time, the light path of the infrared light 9 can be changed by changing the angles of the reflection surfaces 7a, 7b and 8, enabling to freely change the position of the light receiving element 3.
