When the temperature data TA, TB, and TC are "110", the transistor 16 is in the off state, because the temperature data TB is "1", so that the supply of the current to the resistors 11 and 12 is shut off; and the comparator 10 forcedly outputs "1", in which the constant current source is shut off. When the temperature data TA, TB, and TC are "111", because the temperature data TC are "1", the transistor 26 is also in the off state, so that the supply of the current to the resistors 21 and 22 is shut off; and the comparator 20 forcedly outputs "1", in which the constant current source is shut off.

Each part of the body receives current supply from the power source VDD by switching the transistor 3 to the conductive state only during a temperature detection period, and does not receive the current supply by switching the transistor 3 to the shielding state during the other period.
