By fitting the top end part of this stopper 5 to the respective grooves 9A and 13A and the rectangular hole part 11, the swivel part 3 and the tilt part 4 are fixed and by pushing up the stopper 5 toward the side of the base part 2, the top end part is detached from the respective grooves 9A and 13A and the rectangular hole part 11 so that the fixture of the swivel part 3 and the tilt part 4 can be canceled.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the adjustment operation of a mounted thing by locking it with a locking member. SOLUTION: In several combinations of a rotary table 11 and a tilt board 12 which are mounted on a base 10, first, an engaging nail of the table 11 engages an circular opening 17 in the center part of the base 10 and the table 11 freely rotates. Then, a plate-shaped protrusion 38 of the board 12 is inserted into a slit 30 of the table 11. The protrusion 38 freely moves in a tilt direction in the slit 30 by engaging its tip with an engaging member 21 at the end of a coil spring 20, and the maximum degree is restricted by the length of the slit 30. The other end of the spring 20 is locked to a pin that is placed on the bottom of the table 11. The spring 20 pulls a mounted thing on the board 12 forward and balances with tilt force that is caused by the gap which the center of gravity of the mounted thing has against the tilt center. By this, an angular moment that accompanies with the deviation of the center of gravity is denied and a smooth tilt movement is possible.
