Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an irradiation efficiency and suppress uneven illumination in an imaging range.SOLUTION: An LED 13-1 irradiates a detection object 21 with light with a first wavelength. An LED 13-2 irradiates the detection object 21 with light with a second wavelength which is longer than the first wavelength. An anamorphic lens provided for each of the LED 13-1 and the LED 13-2 changes an illumination distribution of the light for the detection object 21.
