[Problem] To provide an information processing device and an information processing method whereby a convenient clipping process can be achieved. [Solution] The image processing device is equipped with a storage section, an output section, and a generating section. The storage section associates marking information, constituted of user-appended information, to location information within an entire image of any one resolution from among entire images of a single subject that have been respectively generated at a plurality of different resolutions, and to information about at least one resolution of the entire image, and stores the location information and the information about resolution, with which the marking information has been associated, as information about the recording location and the recording resolution, respectively. The output section outputs an image of at least part of the entire image of any one resolution, for display as an image targeted for output. The generating section clips, from the image targeted for output, an image of an area within the image targeted for output, which area includes the recording location with which the marking information has been associated, and thereby generates a clipped image.
Abstract:
In one example embodiment, an information processing apparatus causes a display device to display a first image from images associated with an observation target object. The images include the first image and a second image which corresponds to an annotation mark. In this embodiment, the information processing apparatus also causes the display device to display the annotation mark corresponding to the second image. In this embodiment, the displayed annotation mark overlaps the first image.

[Object] To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program that allow a user to easily adequately move a display area by guiding a browsed part when a needle biopsy image is browsed. [Solving Means] An information processing apparatus includes: a storage unit to store a pathological image of a specimen and guide information along the center line of a shape of the specimen in the pathological image; a display control unit to display at least a part of the stored pathological image, as an observation image, on a screen; an input unit to receive an instruction for changing a range on the pathological image of the observation image displayed on the screen, from a user; and a control unit to calculate the range on the pathological image of the observation image based on the instruction and the stored guide information.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for properly observing an image by changing zoom magnification of display. SOLUTION: A display processing section changes the display range of the image along with a change in zoom magnification so that the coordinate in the original image coordinate space corresponding to the position on a screen pointed by a cursor pointer before zoom magnification change is located in the center position of the display image after the zoom magnification change. At this time, when a layer of another resolution exists between a layer of the resolution corresponding to the original zoom magnification and a layer of the resolution corresponding to a target zoom magnification, the display processing section performs transition to an image display state at the target zoom magnification through image display at the zoom magnification corresponding to the layer between them. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitter that prevents cost increase and realizes size reduction and to provide an information equipment registration method and an information equipment connection method, that can enhance the user operability, at registration and connection of the equipment. SOLUTION: A CPU 5 executes an inquiry procedure for acquiring an address BD ADDR of connected equipment. Then the CPU 5 checks the state (thrown position) of a slide switch 4 and stores the acquired address BD ADDR to an address of a memory 6 corresponding to the slide position of the slide switch 4. Furthermore, the CPU 5 checks a state (thrown position) of the slide switch 4, reads the acquired address BD ADDR from the address of the memory 6 and uses the read address BD ADDR to make connection (paging procedure) to the connected equipment. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a digital audio broadcasting(DAB) receiver to minimize missing of sounds, when the receiver utilizes a link function. SOLUTION: When the DAB receiving state of a DAB receiver deteriorates, a DAB receiving circuit 10 retrieves the program of the same contents as that of the digital audio program so far received from another DAB. When another DAB is found as a result of the retrieval, the circuit 10 receives the DAB, and at the same time, fetches the audio signals to be outputted from the circuit 10 from a switch circuit 31. When another DAB is found as a result of the retrieval, an FM receiving circuit 20 receives the program of the same content as that of a digital audio program received thus far, and at the same time, fetches the audio signals to be outputted from the circuit 20 from the switch circuit 31.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the decoder to surely decode a data part with a simple configuration by rewriting a decode algorithm of the rewritable hardware decoder with a decode algorithm in response to a data format of the data part of input data based on information denoting the format of the data part of a header of the input data. SOLUTION: A data part from a Viterbi decoder 2 is fed to a rewritable hardware decoder 4. A microcomputer 5 obtains a decode algorithm corresponding to header analysis information (format information) from a memory 6, gives the algorithm to the hardware decoder 4 and writes it to the hardware decoder 4. Then the microcomputer 5 gives a control signal to the decoder 4 when the decoder 4 decodes the data part from the Viterbi decoder 2 and obtained decode data are outputted to an output terminal 7.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program which are capable of suppressing accumulation of displacement between partial images adjacent to each other.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a storage unit, a determination unit, and a generation unit. The storage unit stores: a plurality of partial images obtained by taking images with respect to a subject such that a plurality of image taking areas are overlapped with each other; and relative positional displacement information of adjacent pairs of partial images out of the plurality of partial images, the positional displacement information being calculated for each adjacent pairs of partial images. The determination unit determines at least one display partial image for generating a display area image from the stored plurality of partial images, the display area image being an image of an area displayed as an image of the subject. The generation unit connects, when a plurality of display partial images are determined by the determination unit, the plurality of display partial images with each other on the basis of the stored positional displacement information, to generate the display area image.
