Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity for any particular equipment to disengage a stopper of a slider making a tilting and a panning motion and allow a stopper member to be reused. SOLUTION: From outside a stand table 1 and a slider 7, a second engagement part 22 of a stopper for fixation 14 is engaged with a second engaging hole 25 provided in the stand table 1 while a first engagement part 17 of the stopper for fixation is engaged with a first engaging hole 27 provided in the slider 7 so as to fix the slider 7 moving in the tilting and the panning direction. The stopper for fixation 14 is allowed to be reused upon removing from the stand table 1 and slider 7.
